Hang Dry means garments are air dried on hangers instead of being machine dried. The first 5 hang dry items are included at no additional charge. Please note, these items may be returned damp in order to meet the delivery time slot.
Most small Comforters/Blankets are charged by the pound. Heavy Comforters are billed separately based on factors like size, material, and drying requirements.
Yes. You can reschedule your pickup or delivery anytime through the app or online account portal.
Every customer receives one complimentary missed pickup every 3 months. After that, a small missed pickup fee may apply.
No. Launder fully supports contactless pickup and delivery for apartments, homes, offices, and buildings with doormen or concierge staff.
