Cleaning

Wash & Press service is for button down shirts which are washed, ironed and returned on hangers. Often referred to as "Laundered Shirts."

Yes. Please use the provided Launder bags as they are pretaged to ensure proper tracking. If your Launder bag gets damaged, we'll replace it for free.

Yes. Dry cleaning bag is Black where as Laundry Bag is blue. This ensures proper packing and seperation of the two services.

No need to separate your laundry loads unless you want certain items cleaned with different detergent, have Air Dry items or would like the clothes to be packed separately.

No. Blankets/Comforters are charged separate based on the size of the material and drying time. We can give you an estimate before cleaning if you would like.

Yes, you can select/adjust a detergent preference on the app.

Hang dry or often referred as Air Dry; are items that are set out to dry on a hanger after cleaning. For items you would like air dried, please separate the items and mark the bag “Hang Dry”. Please note that hang dry items may be returned damp to meet the delivery window. Select a later delivery to allow additional Dry Time. First 5 items free, then $1.50 per item.

Yes, we can wash delicate items. If there is special care needed for any clothing items please let us.

No, ironing is part of dry clean or Wash & Press service. Wash & Press only applies to button down shirts. Any other item will have to be dry cleaned to be ironed.

Yes, we always wash your laundry bag.

All comforters/blankets/rugs are charged separately. If it wasn’t adjusted, it’s free! It does not become a balance due.

Most cases, no. Baby clothes are charged an additional $.45 Per pound only when there is a specific request to organize the small items.

You'll be prompted to select your prefrences when you sign up and can be changed under Account.

Mobile App

You can download the iOS app from the mobile app store or the Android app from the Google play store.

Simply selct your service, pick-up and delivery times, add on any instructions for cleaning or driver and hit submit. Your cleaning prefrences are saved.

You can go through "Forgot Password" at log in or select "change password" under your account.

Delivery

Our driver will come to your front door, apartment door, leave it with your doorman or where ever you prefer.

No. Simply place the laundry bag by your door or with your doorman and we'll pick it up.

Yes. Simply go onto the app or our website and select a new pick up or delivery window.

We currently require a minimum order of $30.

When registering we collect your credit card information, and charge your card for each order. A receipt will be sent to your inbox, it's that simple!

Your card on file is charged once the final invoice has been created.

If something wasn't right, contact us at Support@launderinc.com and we'll make sure to correct it!

If you have credit, you'll see it on the account page and is automatically deducted from the total amount.

Yes $2.95

There is no fee for a no show once every 3 month. More than 1 no show within 90 days has a fee of $7.95. If you were charged a no show fee after a 90 day period, please email us and we'll issue a refund.

The Expedited fee is currently $4.95 and applied to next day delivery orders or on days with high demand. The fee can be avoided by simply selecting a later delivery time.

There are no fees for canceling an order. You may see 3 charges on your card for less than $1 for each order you place. Those charges are only for pre authorization and do not post to your account.

Pre authorization are temporary charges put onto your card by the payment processor to ensure the card is active. These charges do not post to your account. They remain pending and will ‘disappear’ in 2-3 business days.

Tips are not mandatory but are appreciated.

Yes, all you have to do is simply drop them into your back when placing an order!

Credit

Accidents happen. From washing a delicate item that should’ve been hand washed, to missing that crayon your 2 year old was hiding in their pocket a week ago leaving streaks on his shirts. Yep, the crayon thing really happened. (We made sure he wasn’t in trouble) We follow a standard credit system for reimbursments. A copy is included with your first order.

Credit does not expire so any unused portion is automatically applied to the next order.

A receipt is the best way to do a credit reimbursement but if it is not available, we'll proceed with the preset amounts for reimbursments.

Once your order is complete, your order is charged and a final invoice is generated which will reflect the credit.

In our credit system, you can provide us with the receipt or we can follow the preset amounts listed on the policy. If for any reason you are not satified with the outcome, you can choose to use our one time out of policy method.

Launder sends you automated emails to keep you up to date on your order from upcoming pick up times to invoice and much more!
