Cleaning

Wash & Press is a service for button down shirts only where they are washed/ironed and returned on hangers.

Yes. Please include the black garment bag with all Wash & Press and Dry Clean orders so we can pack your order into it. It is a 2in1 bag that turns into a laundry bag when you turn it upside down so you can load it with your items pull the string and handoff to the driver.

You can use any laundry bag you like. Just make sure the bag has a tag attached to it so we know it’s yours. If it doesn’t, please reach out to support@launderinc.com to let us know and we will attach one for you.

No need to separate your laundry unless you want certain items cleaned with different detergent or packed separately.

No. Blankets/Comforters are charged separate based on the size of the material and drying time. We can give you an estimate before cleaning if you would like.

Yes, you can select a detergent from our list: Tide Original, Gain Original, Molly Suds (Sensitive Skin), Dreft (Baby Detergent), Seventh Generation.

Hang dry or often referred as Air Dry; are items that are set out to dry on a hanger after cleaning. For items you would like air dried, please take a picture in the mobile app or separate the items and mark the bag “Hang Dry”. Please note that hang drying takes longer than a machine dry so it may be returned damp to meet the delivery window. First 5 items free, then $2 per item.

Yes, we can wash delicate items. If there is special care needed for any clothing items please let us know before hand by making a note and taking a picture.

No, ironing is part of dry clean or Wash & Press service. Wash & Press only applies to button down shirts. Any other item will have to be dry cleaned to be ironed.

Yes, we always wash your laundry bag.

All comforters/blankets/rugs are charged separately and our attendants are suppose to update your invoice. Sometimes it’s not charged if they do not have time because staying on schedule is the higher priority. We will not add it onto your next bill. If it wasn’t updated, it’s free!

Yes, Baby clothes are charged an additional $.25 Per pound.

While creating an order, select the service you would like and an option to ‘manage preferences’ will show. Simply tap on ‘manage preferences’ and add notes or pictures to your order.

Mobile App

You can download the iOS app from the mobile app store or the Android app from the Google play store.

You can select a new pickup location or use a previously selected location. After selecting a pickup location you can select your time window and add pickup instructions. When selecting the items you want cleaned you can take pictures of stains and enter clothing specific cleaning instructions.

Account

You can Get Started to your online dashboard and select "change password" under your account.

You can change your information under the account section in the online web portal.

You can go to either the app or Get Started page and select forgot password. After entering your email, if it matches one of our accounts, then we will send a reset password link to your email.

Delivery

Our driver will come to your front door, leave it with your doorman or where ever you prefer.

No. You can leave the bags anywhere you’d like and include a note for the driver when selecting the time slot of where it is for both pick up and delivery.

Yes. Simply go onto the app or our website and select a new pick up or delivery window.

You can go onto the app and select a new delivery window or reach out to us at Support@launderinc.com and we’ll coordinate a new delivery for you.

Although we plan out the route and have a goal to deliver within the time slot, sometimes factors out of our hands can get in the way. I.e. traffic in which case the Time slot fee is automatically refunded.

We currently require a minimum order of $20.

No need for cash when you use Launder. When registering we collect your credit card information, and charge your card for each order. We send a receipt to your inbox, it's that simple!

Your card on file is charged once the order is ready and your final invoice has been created.

If something wasn't right, contact us at Support@launderinc.com and we'll make sure to correct it!

Credit appears on the final invoice after the order has been charged and is automatically deducted from the total amount.

Yes $1.95

There is no fee for a no show once every 3 month. More than 1 no show within 90 days has a fee of $7.95. If you were charged a no show fee after a 90 day period, please email us and we'll issue a refund.

The Expedited fee is currently $4.95 and applied to next day delivery orders or on days with high demand. The fee can be avoided by simply selecting a later delivery time.

There are no fees for canceling an order. You may see 3 charges on your card for less than $1 for each order you place. Those charges are only for authorization and do not post to your account.

Authorization charge are temporary charges put onto your card by the payment processor to ensure the card is active. These charges do not post to your account. They remain pending and will ‘disappear’ in 2-3 business days.

Tips are not mandatory but are appreciated.

Yes, all you have to do is simply drop them into your back when placing an order!

Credit

Cleaning clothes is not a exact science so items are bound to get damaged by a variety of factors. From washing a delicate item that should’ve been hand washed, to missing that crayon your 2 year old was hiding in their pocket a week ago leaving streaks on his shirts. Yep, the crayon thing really happened. (We made sure he wasn’t in trouble) Since clothing loses value overtime and there’s a lot of complications in figuring out the value, we created a credit system.

Credit does not expire so any unused portion is automatically applied to the next order.

A receipt is the best way to do a credit reimbursement so you get back what you paid but who keeps all the receipts anyways? You can look up the item online and provide us with the link or screenshot of the item. If the item cannot be found, we’ll look up similar items and use those as a way to establish the cost of the items.

Your estimated invoice is, well an estimate. You first receive an estimate in case some items were not billed properly but once your order is complete, your order is charged and a final invoice is generated which will reflect the credit.

In our credit system, you simple provide us with the receipt or link to the item and we credit the full amount back to your account. So no more negotiating with the cleaners over getting reimbursed for 30% of its value. With Launder’s credit policy, you get 100%! Maximum credit is 10x the cost of cleaning the item
