At Launder, we care for your clothes as they are ours. We start with separating them by color, check for stains, read the care instructions on any item that we aren’t sure about and begin the wash with your choice of detergents and softener.
Personal Touch
When it comes to drying, we don’t just toss everything in. Oh no, we pull items that seem delicate and dry them at a lower temperature separately or Air Dry items that we feel would be too delicate to dry.
Neatly Organized
Some of the most experienced laundry Attendants work at Launder and folding is where they get to show off their skills. From shirts and pants to dresses and towels, everything is neatly organized and packed so putting away your laundry is as simple as 1-2-3!
When we started, we knew the one thing we cannot do is lose any bag. We’re proud to say that not a single bag has been lost to date! This is all thanks for our QR code bag tag technology. Every user is given a custom Launder bag which has a QR code bag tag attached with their name and address printed on it. The QR code on the tag automatically links to your account and when want to locate the owner of the bag, we simply scan the code. It works so well that we decided to ditch paper tickets, saving trees!
Did I mention contactless delivery? Oh yeah, our QR code technology also makes contactless pick up and delivery super easy. Since your bag has a QR code, you can leave it just about anywhere and leave a note for the driver on the app. i.e. (front door, back porch) Multiple tenants can leave multiple bags in the same location without a worry!
Ok, we know what you’re thinking, such an amazing service but if I want my order picked up and delivered for free, I’m supposed to wait around for 3 hours? Nope! We’ll send you a series of texts to keep you updated on both pick up and delivery. We’ll send you an upcoming order reminder in case you need to make adjustments. Once the driver is headed towards you, we’ll send you a text with the ETA and another when the driver is arriving.
Looks like our driver arrived at your location and wasn’t able to reach you. We’ll do what everyone else does and charge you an absurd fee for it... Just kidding! We understand you have a busy life and living in NYC, you might just be stuck in traffic somewhere. That’s why we allow 1 No Show every 3 month free of charge, for a total of 4 per year! So, no worries if we missed you, simply go in the app or online to reschedule the exchange and we’ll circle back.
