We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes, which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.
Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particular, but not exclusively, to suede, leathers, silks, satin, double-face fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins.
In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics, Differences in count must be reported within 72 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted. The company's liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
Example 1: The cost to ‘Dry Clean’ a pant is $5.50 so the maximum payout is not to exceed $55.00.
Example 2: The cost to ‘Wash & Fold’ a 20-pound bag is $25.00 so the maximum payout is not to exceed $250.00.
Example 3: The cost to ‘Wash & Press’ a shirt is $2.50 so the maximum payout is not to exceed $25.00.
By visiting and/or purchasing of products/services on our website or mobile app, you are agreeing with the said terms AND conditions. A link of the receipt will be provided in-app/online and emailed to you for your convenience.
Although we do check each individual article for SPOTS, we cannot check each individual article to see if the color is coming out. We are not responsible if one of the items color comes out. It is your responsibility to make sure the color does not come out of your clothes. In case there is such an article, please let us know in advance and keep it separated. We will happily wash it separate or by hand and include it in your order at no additional charge!
Using Bleach products and other Chemicals can make stains visible after wash if the item was exposed to it. Before reaching out to us, ensure you have not been exposed to bleach or any other Chemical that may have caused damage to a certain item. Please note, we only use bleach for whites and not color clothing.
Please check all pockets and insides. We are not responsible for any personal items left in your pockets, included in your bag and/or any damage they may cause. Common items found that can cause damage but not limited to are: pens, crayons, gum, ink cartridges, sharp objects, lip balms, eyeliners, lipsticks, make up brushes, packets containing oil, etc.
We are not responsible for items that may be lost/stolen prior to pick up or after delivery. For your convenience, we send out alerts of the driver arriving and an ETA. If you choose to leave or have us leave your items in an unattended area and it is stolen before pick up or after delivery; we are not responsible. If you will not be available, please go in-app/online or reach out to support immediately to reschedule.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SERVICE any user and/or items that may cause harm to our employees and/or other users. Items typically refused are items containing household insects such as bedbugs or roaches. In addition to but not limited to, items containing vomit, urine, stool, excess blood, harmful chemical stenches such as those found on work clothes will also be rejected.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES OR ORDERS THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED, PAID OR DELIVERABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PICK UP. WE WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER IF WE CANNOT CHARGE YOUR ORDER. AFTER 30 DAYS, ALL ARTICLES ASSOCAITED WITH THE ORDER ARE CONSIDERED ORPHAN AND WILL BE DONATED.
